1. Who handles your information
C9 Run Club is the event organizer operating this registration and ticketing platform. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@c9runclub.com.
2. Information the platform collects
When you register, the platform records the details entered for each runner:
- full name, email address, phone number, and age;
- the runner’s reason for joining and any optional notes;
- required agreement choices and the optional C9 updates choice; and
- permission from the primary booker when information is submitted for additional runners.
It also records operational information created by the service, including booking and payment status, booking references, ticket codes and status, check-in records, email-delivery status, provider event identifiers, and organizer audit records.
3. How the information is used
The current platform uses this information to create and manage registrations, enforce event capacity and checkout holds, verify payment status, issue individual QR tickets, deliver ticket emails, support entry check-in, and give authorized organizers the operational records needed to run the event.
The optional C9 updates choice is stored separately from the agreements required to register.
4. Payment information
Razorpay Checkout handles the payment interface. C9 stores the Razorpay order and payment identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, and limited processing records needed to verify and reconcile the booking.
5. Services used to operate the platform
The application currently uses Razorpay for checkout and payment verification, Supabase for protected application data, authentication, storage, and server functions, Resend for transactional ticket email, and Vercel to run the website and application routes. Each provider processes the information needed for its part of the service.
6. Secure links and organizer access
Public registration does not require a C9 account. Booking and ticket access use long, opaque links, and the matching values are stored as hashes in the database. Keep those links private because anyone with a valid link may be able to view or download the related ticket.
Organizer areas are protected by account authentication, role checks, and verified multi-factor authentication for privileged access. Database access is restricted through protected server operations and row-level access controls.
7. Information about another runner
If you register another runner, the form requires you to confirm that you have permission to submit their information. Each runner receives an individual ticket at the email address provided for them.
8. Retention and requests
Booking, payment, agreement, ticket, check-in, delivery, and audit records remain in the protected event platform as operational records. The public site does not currently offer a self-service data-access or deletion control.
To ask C9 to access, correct, or delete information associated with a registration, email hello@c9runclub.com with the event name, booking reference if available, and the registered email address. Do not send card details, a UPI PIN, an OTP, or a secure ticket link by email.
