1. What is delivered
After a booking is confirmed as paid, the platform issues one individual QR ticket for each confirmed runner. Each ticket includes the runner name, ticket code, event details, and a QR code used for event check-in.
Tickets can be viewed digitally and downloaded as PDF files. No physical ticket, parcel, tracking number, or shipping fee applies.
2. When delivery happens
C9 issues tickets only after Razorpay and the C9 database confirm payment. If the payment remains in verification, the secure booking page keeps checking and no ticket is issued until the booking is paid.
Ticket email is processed through a delivery queue, so the email may arrive after the ticket first appears on the booking page. The platform does not promise a fixed delivery time.
3. Where tickets are available
The primary booker is sent to a secure booking page after checkout. That page shows the confirmed booking and every ticket in the booking. Each runner’s ticket is also queued for email delivery to the email address entered for that runner.
The booking page includes controls to download all tickets and to queue ticket email again.
4. What you need to provide
Enter a working, correctly spelled email address for every runner. Keep the secure booking and ticket links private, and save or download the tickets before arriving at the event.
5. Using the ticket
Present the individual QR ticket at check-in. A successful scan marks that ticket as checked in, and the same ticket cannot be used for a second successful entry. Refunded or revoked tickets are not accepted by the scanner.
6. If a ticket email does not arrive
First check the secure booking page and the email address entered for the runner. Use the booking-page resend control if it is available. For further help, email hello@c9runclub.com with the event name, booking reference, and registered email address.
