1. Event information
The event page shows the event title, schedule, venue, location, distance, ticket price, capacity status, registration window, and any event content supplied by the organizer. Review those details before registering.
Any event-specific guidelines or acknowledgements displayed in registration form part of that booking. This page does not add to, replace, or approve separate waiver language.
2. Registration details
Registration is account-free. The primary booker must provide accurate information for every runner and must confirm permission before submitting another runner’s information. The current form accepts runner ages from 12 through 100; an event may display narrower participation requirements.
Required agreement choices must be completed before checkout can be created. The optional C9 updates choice is not required to register.
3. Availability and seat holds
Ticket availability can change while the form is being completed. The server checks registration dates, event status, group limits, and remaining capacity again before opening payment.
A 15-minute seat hold begins when checkout is created. If checkout is closed or payment is not confirmed before the hold expires, those places may return to availability.
4. Price and payment
The server calculates the amount from the event’s price per runner and the number of runners in the booking. Razorpay provides the secure payment interface. C9 confirms a booking only after the payment response is verified against the payment provider and the C9 database.
A payment that remains authorized or pending may stay in verification. A ticket is not issued until the booking is recorded as paid.
5. Digital tickets and check-in
Each confirmed runner receives an individual QR ticket. Tickets are available through the secure booking page and are queued for delivery to the runner email address supplied during registration. Each ticket is valid for one successful check-in.
Keep booking and ticket links private. Do not copy, sell, alter, or attempt to reuse a QR ticket, interfere with availability or payment verification, or try to access organizer-only areas without authorization.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation eligibility is event-specific. These terms do not create a universal refund promise. Review the Refund & Cancellation page and any terms shown for the event before paying.
7. Support
For a registration, payment-status, or ticket issue, email hello@c9runclub.com with the event name, booking reference, and registered email address. Never send card details, a UPI PIN, or an OTP.
